A fantastic set of results were achieved by JCAYA riders over the Easter weekend.
The club attended the British Schools Cycling Association National and Southern MTB Championships at Dartford in Kent on Saturday 7th April. Along with many notable efforts the following headline National Championship results were achieved:
U9 Boys - Malo Mon Petit-Le Brun 2nd.
U13 Girls - Emma McGinley 2nd.
U15 Boys - Ollie Lowthorpe 1st, Michael Milner 3rd.

Additionally a superb result for JCAYA riders in the 2012 Easter Stage Race held in Jersey from Thursday 5th April through to Monday 9th April. Riders competed with their lowest points scored from 4 of the 5 following events: Hill Climb, Handicap Road Race, Time Trial, Circuit Race and Handicap Road Race.
Ryan O'Shea won with an incredible total of just 9 points ( 2nd was 14 points and 3rd with 17 points).
Ben Le Brocq came in an excellent 8th with 43 points.
In additon Sabine Minchinton-Gilley represented the JCAYA very well on Easter Saturday on the outside velodrome in Portsmouth. Take a look at the following report and photos: Sabine - an eggspert at the velodrome!
